Why List With Me?
     Thank you so much for considering me to be your listing agent. When I list and sell a home for someone, I like to do what I refer to as an exit interview. I allow the homeowner to tell what brought them to me, if they would list with me again, and what areas I can work on. My customers have given me many reasons why they list with me. In this article you will find the most common reasons why my customers say they listed with me and would list with me again.

      Finding the right agent to help you with the sale of your property is a very important decision, so my approach to this task is really quiet simple and I think its one of those things that you either have it or you dont. My main approach is to treat people with respect. When I am working with elderly couples I simply treat them as I would have wanted my dear sweet parents to have been treated.. Secondly, when I am listing a property, I treat it as though I was the homeowner. I wouldnt want o be deceived. I don't want to be low-balled. I want to maximize my property and protect my assets. Thirdly, I educate myself. I have achieved many real estate designations not in an attempt to be the most decorated real estate agent in the county, but to gain knowledge in how I can best achieve our goal in selling your home for the maximum amount. I treat the buyer with the same level of respect as I do the listing homeowner. I hope to demonstrate to you that I have proven marketing strategies and relationships that help me do my job effectively and professionally.     People trust me with their single largest asset and it is a responsibility I take very seriously. I know that their success is ultimately my success. Trust will be the foundation of our business relationship. I am honest, forthright and will inform you of the things you need to know when selling your property. I think of the little things as well as the big things. I dont concentrate just on the task in front of us, I concentrate 3 tasks in front of us so we can avoid any potential issues as we progress. That's the best way to weed out any issues prior to them becoming an issue.

    Not every deal is a walk in the park. I wish they were, but that's not always the case. So I strive to absorb those stressful situations so you don't have to. So many times I've seen the homeowner have to bear burdon while trying to sell their property. I work for you. It's my job to make the sell as stress-free as possible.

    I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. I am a member of Western North Carolina Regional Board of Realtors, with marketing access to every agent in Western North Carolina. I also have access to the WNCRMLS which is used by thousands of Realtors in WNC and beyond.

    I love to learn and through experience comes learning. I have many real estate designations, but an agent with designations is only a decorated agent if they are not able to apply the knowledge to their job.
